Salon Policies
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
